Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Seductiv. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days for selected products from when your order arrives. Refund policy is varied according to product category. Please check refund policy under the product description.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, unworn (of course), with all the tags still attached. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return.

To start a return, contact us at sales@seductiv.net with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping charges totally free.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are free!
Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect match.

To start an exchange, contact us at sales@seductiv.net with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size of your choice in seductiv store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the original shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
